One of the Favorite herbs I use in my home, Catnip always seems like a happy herb. It attracts happy joyful energy. Use Cat nip to connect with cats and help to build a bond. Use in love sachets with rose petals and lavender . These smell great and work wonders kept in drawers and linen closet with towels and sheets.
In healing , catnip is settling to the stomach, a sedative, and fever reducing. It tastes yummy and is gentle so great for use in a tea mixed with elderflower in treating cold and flu .Can be used in treating headaches related to digestive problems. DO NOT USE IF PREGNANT !
